Cason founded his company, CTEN Global Strategies, to provide both Commercial Real Estate services to investors and aviation consulting in the private, non-profit, and government sectors. 

 

In the last year alone he has brokered $40 million in high end retail, multi-tenant, medical, and light industrial type properties.  He currently holds a Real Estate license in both Georgia and Florida. 

 

Prior to this he was the COO of an international aerial marketing company, where he helped produce some of the largest aerial marketing campaigns in history for events like the Super Bowl, the Indy 500, and for companies like T-Mobile and Cisco. 

 

Cason also has almost two decades of experience in the aviation industry having served as a consultant for Agape Flights International throughout the Caribbean, as a Flight Safety Officer for NATO/ISAF in Kabul, Afghanistan, and as a pilot and engineer for PACTEC International in Kabul, Afghanistan. 

 

He is a licensed Airline Transport Pilot, with significant experience in austere international environments, with seaplanes, and even with thermal blimps.  

 

He has a Master’s Degree in Global Affairs & Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, a B.S. in Building Construction & Contracting from Georgia Southern University, and extended theological training from Prairie Bible College in Canada and the C.S. Lewis Institute in Atlanta, Ga. 

 

Most importantly, he has an amazing wife and four wonderful children, who served with him overseas in those harsh environments and continue to be his unwavering support team.
